Shipment

How long does the shipment take?

We are sending your orders from Vienna and take about 1-2 days to prepare your packet. 

The shipment overall should take about 2-3 days. 

What are the shipping costs?

  • Austria: 4,90 € , free shipping for orders over 50€
  • Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Danmark, Luxemburg, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Croatia, France and Italy: 5,90€, free shipping for orders over 50€

Do I get notified if my order is on the way?

Yes, we will send a notification via mail.

Can I track my shippment?

Yes, we will send a tracking number via mail.

I received a damaged package? What should I do?

Please contact us and the shipment company, when receiving a damaged package. All of our packages are insured.

Payment options and ordering process

How do I get my invoice?

The invoice will be sent only via E-Mail. There will be no extra invoice in your package.

Do I get a confirmation notification when ordering a product?

Yes, you will get an E-Mail immediately after ordering from us.

Can I change or cancel my order after ordering?

Yes, please write an E-Mail to support@gossare.com with your order number.

Returns

How long is the return policy valid?

The return policy is valid for 30 days after receipt of your order. You do not have to give a reason for the return.

However, feedback would be very helpful to us.

How do I register a return?

Please send an email with your order number to support@gossare.com.

When do I get my refund?

After receiving your return, we will transfer the amount back within 1-3 working days. As soon as this has happened, we will inform you by email.

Who is responsible for the return costs?

The return costs are to be paid by the buyer.

What materials is your jewellery made of?

Our jewellery is made of original 925 sterling silver or brass.

In addition we use high quality materials like:

  • Zirconia stones
  • Swarovski crystals
  • Rhodium alloys
  • and much more
Alloys:

  • 24K Gold
  • Silver

Can discolouration occur with your jewellery?

Just like any other jewellery with an alloy, discolouration can occur with our jewellery. To prevent this as much as possible, we use a rhodium alloy which offers additional protection and makes our jewellery long-lasting.

Special care should be taken when contact is made with chemicals, bleach, perfumes and other cosmetic products, as these can be a major cause of discolouration in addition to natural oxidation.

Where is Gossare jewellery made?

Our jewellery is made in Southeast Europe. In Vienna, the products go through another quality control and are prepared for your order.
